We get it. We are tired of them too. We have been wearing them at work this whole time, and our work is strenuous! Yet first, it is important we do no harm.
We understand there is a lot we have learned about Covid-19 in the past few years, but there's more to learn.
We are flexible, adaptable, and can pivot when we learn new information.
We care about everyone. We care about people who are immunocompromised, those who are not eligible for the vaccine, and children who may not have had a vaccine available to them.
We know it is possible that exposure to Covid-19 may be causing long term effects to their growth and development.
We treat patients who are immunocompromised, who may not have been eligible for the vaccine, and sometimes we treat those under 5 at Pinecone Physio.
We will not put them at risk.
We will not take that chance.
Regardless of vaccination status, all patients, visitors, and therapists will wear a mask indoors when requested.
We will all wear our masks correctly.
Be a good human.
If you have a medical condition or any beliefs prohibiting you from wearing a mask when you are near vulnerable populations, Pinecone Physio is not the practice for you and we will happily refer you elsewhere.
Since this is a hot topic for some, below are some cute photos of dogs wearing masks to help you calm down.
Be a community hero. Pinecone Physio can keep you moving so you can make a difference in the world.
