Dr. Cori Lentz cares for patients to develop, maintain, and restore maximum movement and functional ability throughout the lifespan. She treats circumstances where movement and function are threatened by injury, pain, ageing, diseases, disorders, conditions and environmental factors, with the understanding that functional movement is central to what it means to be healthy. She has expertise in functional dry needling with electrical stimulation, ultrasound-guided dry needling, extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), photobiomodulation, blood flow restriction therapy, and advanced manual therapy techniques such as Active Release Technique® (ART®), and Graston Technique®. She is a Physiotherapy Functional Movement Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Medical Professional, and Post Acute Covid-19 Exercise and Rehabilitation (PACER) Certified Professional in addition to a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
She enjoys hiking, camping, mountaineering, and off-roading adventures with her dogs, family, and friends, especially in the Northern Nevada areas of Lake Tahoe, Lamoille Canyon, Ruby Mountains, and Great Basin, although she also makes her way to Moab and the Alps as often as possible!
